Itaú rolls out ia.i, a conversational banking assistant, on a governed multi-model platform
Itaú is putting a text-and-voice assistant called ia.i in front of its customers, starting with about 300,000. It runs on IARA, an internal platform that controls which models teams can use and what they cost.
